Comment:  Theta is definitely top tier, there is no doubt about that, they're rich, hot, and have a good time. However, I personally wouldn't want to be in a house where you get bashed on behind your backs for your looks. I have heard appalling comments come out of multiple Theta's mouths about their sisters. Yes, everyone does it, but having one of your sisters say "You're not Theta material" or "She needs to lose some weight". In the end it's all up to the person and what house they want to be in.
