Comment:  Each pledge class has a group of "star girls" consisting of 7-10 top tier material girls. Everyone else in the sorority is middle tier material. They also try way too hard which brings them down from potential top-middle tier down to middle tier. Based on the majority of the girls in the chapter, I'd say the sorority as a whole is middle tier in my book.
