Comment:  Upper middle teir. On the rise with last spring's PC. Awesome brotherhood which gives them a more "personal" feel. Don't have the huge ego that many frats have. Basically, an above average group of guys who like to have a good time. Nice house for big parties. Just put in a big fence around the property.
