Comment:  The Chi O's are a mixed group, but many of them are all about partying and do not represent Greek Life in a positive way. They are dominant in Panhel so they get away with whatever they want to do, even if it breaks rules or looks bad. Individually, some of them are really nice, but the chapter comes off as overly competitive and rude.
