Comment:  The house is open during the summer but not maintained, giving it a bad image if not seen during the academic year, when it is clean and classy. The guys love to have a good time. Party hard but definitely not too rowdy or disrespectful. Interesting to see what this years PC will do for them. More than a few studs in the chapter.
