Comment:  They have all the tools to be an outstanding fraternity, but lack the quality of decency. Sure, they have good "parties" but if they didn't have a house they would easily fall in popularity. Speaking of the house, they don't clean often, their beds are covered in derogatory comments from brothers past. These guys are also very clicky, even within their own brotherhood. I have a few friends who are SigmaChi and seem to complain about everything outside of the social aspect of Greek Life.
