Comment:  I put "bottom tier" but that is just due to out-dated opinions people have that are no longer accurate. This group is really improving, but a lot of folks are missing it. They don't have the pageant girls, but the vast majority of their chapter are attractive (but not stunning) normal girls. They also are taking advantage (like DG and APhi) of good quality out of state girls who get cut because they lack one of the desired zip codes. Good for them. I hope they continue to keep up move up.
