Comment:  For the most part (I live in the general vicinity) they're okay. Ran into some good members who were gentlemen, and ran into those who really thought they were casting for some mtv reality show (ie 50% chill guys & 50%extreme tools/goobs). Though the house has slowed with the party aspect due to Corvo police having a cow over things, the involvement hasn't stopped. Overall? Decent house
