Comment:  Pi Phi was widely considered a top tier house for years, and still is by some, but they have seemed to decline off the radar a bit due to a decline in involvement or notoriety. Very free spirited, and relaxed vibe. A wide variety of personalities, and decently successful in grades/competitions still, but not as high as previous years. Hope to see them bring back their A game this year!
