Comment:  As usual this group started out with the first party breaking the rules.... white skirts, instead of just fining this time,put them on probation for the first semester. They rub panhellenics face in it, and all they do is slap their wrist and look the other way. The rules should be followed by everyone. Time to enforce the rules, Panhellenic should do something!
