Comment:  Good Frat. Parties are kind of spooky "hey baby come check out my basement"...like a scene from silence of the lambs. That house is nasty and needs to go. YUCK. I think they have probably slipped a notch but still remain in one of the top 3 spots on campus. They kind of keep to themselves and not out and about around campus. Some really nice guys in there, really a mixed bag of good guys and some guys you wonder "how in the world did that guy..." all in all, worth considering.
