Comment:  As a member of this house, I thought I'd give an honest opinion instead of just trying to rank up our chapter. Yes, I'll admit it, we are bottom tier. And yes, we don't throw huge ragers every weekend like Psi U or Beta, but there are two things we do have that most other houses don't: (1) a small, tight-knit brotherhood and (2) High Street, a vintage 1970s room plastered with faded newspaper clippings and posters, which is one of the best places to smoke weed in all of Hanover.
