Comment:  Beta's are a great chapter at OU, but non-freshman need not apply. They don't want sophomores or transfer students. Unless you are a true freshman at OU don't even waste your valuable time with the Betas. There are too many other good fraternities at OU that will give a bid to a non-freshman, so spend your time with those chapters.
