Comment:  Lets clear up the burn rumor. Some summer rush decided to jump over a fire on his own accord and got burned. Phi Delt had nothing to do with it, other fraternities are using it as an easy excuse to throw around blame. Just met their pledge class this year, have to say they lucked out and have one of the best on campus this year.
