Comment:  This chapter has recent history of being "bottom tier" and is a smaller chapter on campus, but every year they're getting bigger and better. 10 years ago Alpha Phi used to be bottom tier (everyone called them "Alpha Flea") and now look at them! Keep up the good work ladies!
