Comment:  Of all the houses, they're easiest to spot. Show me ten girls throwing no letters and I can pick the ZTA every time. Birds of a feather. Overly social, in your face cheerful, and loud. Even their pledges struggle to be part of that, and either sink or swim. It shouldn't be that way. You shouldn't lose that many pledges. You shouldn't lose ANY pledges!
