Comment:  As best I can tell, they have only started renovations because they had to. They throw only one party a year, but it is big. They have had a ghost house for 4 years, and I have only ever met one. He was cool enough. Now that is probably more my fault, but I still only have ever heard about them once a year because of the annual party. If only they hadnt tried to burn down their house years ago they could have been somewhere
