Comment:  This is my honest opinion, not trying to bash, just a general overview of what my perception of Alpha Phi has been. I rate cute, because overall as a whole, they are cute... they have a few hot girls, but as an average, not the hottest chapter ever. I know for a fact they are not classy because I have had to take care of a few alpha phis at parties when their sisters left them, which brings me to poor sisterhood. No joke, this girl was wassstteed beyond belief and the older girls left her. :(
