Comment:  This group has been trending upwards for the past few years with some great pledge classes. They can be slow to warm to those outside of the house, but once you are in tight with them they are great guys. The "rivalry" with Theta Chi is a bit childish and needs to be addressed. Besides that, these guys are top notch.
