Comment:  Although I would not consider thetas to be a top tier house this house is filled with amazing intelligent and fun girls. Although I did not end up choosing them I have a lot of friends in theta and always enjoy if we have a four way with them. Always sweet and friendly girls! Great sisterhood as well!
