Comment:  Delta Chi is honestly a joke. The guys are rude and all very, very unattractive. Their "parties" are huge sausage fests, and no girls ever come for a reason. Yes they're in a nice house, but it's on sorority row, and honestly there's not even enough guys in the fraternity to fill up all the rooms. Bottom tier, terrible experience
