Comment:  Would always see the same guys hanging out with each other. They definitely need to step up their gym game. Rarely did I see more than one guy in the gym. Their parties are pretty good but for some reason majority of the ladies always showed up to their parties later towards the night. They have a small percent of good looking guys. Wouldn't really see them in sorority formals, but they are chill guys. Just my honest opinion.
