Comment:  Phi Sig Kap's pledge class this year was WAY better than in years past. I wouldn't say the quality was as good as some of the other frats and they had a ton of drops all throughout the process but the guys who made it out all seem to be really close. Definitely attract the same kind of person. Parties can be a little unbearable sometimes. You could do a lot worse for a brotherhood.
