Comment:  When one thinks of ChiO's, the picture of a drunk appears. These girls are found everywhere dead stoned drunk. How many ambulances have been called on these girls. They are the reason we can't party on Bid Day! How many ChiO's were sent to the hospital a few years ago on that day? Embarrassing!
