Comment:  To be real, they throw parties. Thats about it. A good number of times the party gets closed down by angry neighbors. The only reason they're so popular with people on campus is because of the parties. When you actually get to know them, there isn't much there (unfortunately). I'm excited to see how they do this year without their party house (I'm pretty sure they won't have one).
