Comment:  This year could be the year they push into debate for the "top tier". The brothers really do seem to have tight bond and care about each other (of course there are the few that are weird). Ontop of that their house is not bad at all, location sucks but the house itself "top tier" worthy, especially with the new party barn. I'm sure that will help them pull better sororities. SAE will fall soon, most likely. If this year they get a solid pledge class, they could go uphill fast!
