Comment:  Heard some nasty rumors from my boy at Alpha Management that the owner of their house is going to sell the house if they can't get more brothers next rush. When I rushed last fall literally everyone that also rushed got a bid. They are not selective at all. Also there were so many renters living in their house it turned me off.
