Comment:  To really understand what makes a fraternity top tier in Rutgers University one must realize the categories that need to be hit. #1, the house. TDX has the largest house and a great location, most important factor at RU. #2, attractiveness. Won't go into this one because I am a guy but if you go to Rutgers you know the answer to this one already. #3, social life. TDX without a doubt leads the entire area in this aspect. May be shallow points, but so accurate
