Comment:  Getting TEP house was a huge step up for them, prime real estate for anyone walking down college ave. Biggest fraternity on campus size wise last year and continue to get solid pledge classes. Not at the top yet but well on their way there if they can keep it up. This year will really tell how good they are. Was invited to their Kegstock event last spring and it was the best daydrink I have ever been to. Apparently are a great group of guys and have fun parties.
