Comment:  they're new. Everyone's said it but I don't think it can be considered enough when choosing a house. They have no philanthropy events really, their "sisterhood" is still just random girls that got put together and they'll be starting to pick who they want just this year. A good choice for if you want to build it, but it won't have its own personality besides new and taking everyone they can for a couple of years.
