Comment:  um? is this site run by pi kapps or what? there is soooo much self ranking done by pi kapps it's not even funny. they don't deserve AS bad of a rating as i gave them but i wanted to try to even out the self-rankers. and the TRUTH is: this is a lower low mid tier house, nothing special, could be bottom tier and nobody would care. like i've stopped by their parties a few times and it's just dead. we've also never had an event with them...they're basically nobodies in regards to greek life
