Comment:  R U down ranking arseclowns for real? Phi Psi is a strong house. Maybe not the best known like some of the legacy ridden, trapped in the past Old Row shacks, but they are moving up. A new Frat Castle scheduled for 2015 and there will be big changes on how they are viewed. Old Row is Old Row...but why the hate?
