Comment:  No, people "hate" on SAE, KA, and SNu because they live off their name. At one point they were all fantastic and now they use that to bring in people. None are "bad" now but they are all declining, it is quite hard to deny it. Yes they may have good numbers in rush, but the quality is what counts. All are top tier but if they don't do something I think in the next four years they will be middle tier. Also location helps them be popular, other than that they are falling fast.
