Comment:  With rush coming up, people are looking to either bash on other sororities or self rate their own. Honesty the negative things said about theta on this site are based on where they were 2 years ago. They've improved so much since then. Not top house like some of these ratings say, but still well respected and moving up! They've also gotten a lot cuter over the years.
