Comment:  As a summer b freshman, i heard ato was supposed to be top tier. however, they have only thrown 1-2 decent parties all summer. Many supposed lower/mid/uppermid tier fraternities gained ground amongst the freshman compared to ATO this summer because of its lack of parties. Many do not even know ATO exists. I personally attended 2 ato events (of the 4 total i heard of all summer b) and both were fun.
