Comment:  The only reason people say they're "top" is because they were years ago. It's pretty much known all through the greek community that they aren't anymore. The girls in it are what you would expect from a high school chick flick. Very materialistic, very fake, very snobby and stuck up. Don't get involved, ever. During rush nobody had even gone on philanthropy trips. I've never met a phi mu that impressed me in any way. Just all around not nice girls.
