Comment:  Isn't Theta preffed by more girls than Pi Phi? They are certainly friendlier. You guys are obviously a top chapter, but more top girls want to be in Theta than Pi Phi. I am NOT in Theta, but it seems like that means Theta is a better chapter, right? Why do you all think you are the best? An honest answer would be appreciated.
