Comment:  Definitely the most improved chapter over the past couple years. Heard they got a house this summer too so that should really help them. As much as everyone likes to hate on them they're definitely top of the middle tier and well above kappa sig and sigma nu. I would compare them to sigma chi for now but I'm curious to see if they keep improving
