Comment:  i will admit that theta has improved, gotten a little bit hotter, and is very involved. however they still have mostly weird people and it will definitely take at least a couple of years to move up from bottom tier. i have seen some at parties and to be honest the ones i've seen are pretty sloppy. i see them as equal with kappa delta, maybe a bit lower
