Comment:  Phi SIg has come a long, long way in the past couple of years. Most of the weird girls have left and they have a strong presence of classy, smart and enjoyable girls in these letters. They are finally keeping up with the competition and people should expect great things from them in the next school year. All the NPC girls are definitely great. Its the locals that really need to be kicked off campus. Hmm.
