Comment:  Baby hooters were kind of embarrassing last year, plus the fact it was "nbd" to them that two of them partied their way into the hospital at their first social. They're nice girls but don't have anything special going for them in the looks department. Can't decide it they're middle or top, but hopefully they'll have a better rush this year or they'll be falling to the bottom tier.
