Comment:  I don't think it was a DG who said that so I'm not going to give them a bogus ranking. The only chapter on this campus who COB'd because of an extreme amount of girls dropping was AXiD and maybe DZ in the past. It is common knowledge that when AOPi COB'd it was because they were just extremely under total (poor recruiting) but doubled their chapter size and have been successful ever since. ASA's spring recruitment got them some real gems and brought them to total or really close to it.
