Comment:  How rude of one of your sisters to self rank and put down almost all the other chapters. ASA and AXID had to COB this year and AOPi and DZ did in the past but SO WHAT? Anyone who has conducted COB knows that you don't just hand out bids. In the end they all end up bettering their chapter. If you're going to claim to be the best and above the rest, act like it too.
