Comment:  love when Chi O's come on here and obviously self rank... You are not "top middle tier at least," you're barely holding middle at all. Chi O was one of the least desired houses the last two years. That's why they had to give out snap bids on bid day last year. It's unfortunate that they're going downhill so fast, but that doesn't make it any less true.
