Comment:  They are working and trying really hard, but they need to stop trying to social climb so quickly. They don't seem comfortable in their skin. They seem to try way too hard and work the scene too much. In a few years, they'll move up to middle tier. Just lay off the self ranks and work on things for a while. They have aways to go.
