Comment:  Chi Phi has some great stuff going for them- their parties are outstanding. Beyond that, though, I can't really think of anything that any of them do to help the campus beyond Orientation Leaders. Their brotherhood is okay, I guess. I prefer SAE and KS, though, as the Chi Phi's only want to drink and party.
