Comment:  Ok, so I'm not the biggest fan of ATO, because they barely give you the time of day if you're not a Pi Phi, Kappa, or Chi O... However, I do know that most of these ratings are dumb and coming from jealous lower tier frats. One thing I really respect about ATO is their ability to recruit good looking guys that get involved and keep ATO with a dominant presence. Their parties aren't great, but if parties determined Baylor Greek life, phi Delt would be top tier... Hahah
