Comment:  The house isn't incredible, but it's a three minute walk from downtown, which is nice. Most of the guys there are genuine and nice; they know they are not an older fraternity with a giant house, and don't try to fit that persona. They just party hard, make pretty good grades, and have fun with what they've got.
