Comment:  i think thetas are great, it seems like a lot of these reviews on this site are made by other houses who are jealous or trying to sabotage other houses for new members. If you know anything about Greek life at UCLA, you would know Theta is one of the top houses which explains why theres so many negative reviews on this. Greek rank is super unreliable for info on houses.
