Comment:  Top 3 house at UMass. Great location, and the house has undergone extensive renovations. Probably throw the biggest parties, but they can also become extremely crowded with GDI's. House is split looks wise, with a handle full that are very attractive and a handful that aren't at all. Down to Earth and pretty fun to mix with, but can be hit or miss. 2014 Greek Week champs. I'd say have the best chance of climbing in the rankings in the next few years
